Before engaging our services, clients are advised to carefully review the scope of services, eligibility requirements, service agreements, timelines, and applicable fees.

By making a payment to Select Overseas, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Cancellation Policy

A client may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request via email.

Cancellation requests will be evaluated based on:

The stage of the application or service.
Work already completed by Select Overseas.
Payments already made to government authorities or third-party service providers.
Contractual obligations with external partners.

Cancellation becomes effective only after written confirmation from Select Overseas.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed individually by the Compliance Team based on the terms of the signed service agreement and the stage of the case.

Refunds may be considered only where:

The request complies with the signed agreement.
Services have not yet been substantially delivered.
The client is otherwise eligible under the applicable refund terms.

Where approved, eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Professional service fees are generally non-refundable in the following circumstances:

A government authority exercises its discretion to refuse or delay an application.
The client fails to meet eligibility requirements.
The client provides incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information or documentation.
The client fails to submit requested documents within stipulated timelines.
The client misses interviews, biometric appointments, medical examinations, or other mandatory appointments.
The client voluntarily withdraws the application after substantial work has been completed.
Delays or refusals caused by changes in immigration laws, government policies, quotas, or external circumstances beyond the control of Select Overseas.

Select Overseas cannot guarantee visa approval, admission, work permits, or immigration outcomes, as all final decisions are made solely by the respective government authorities, educational institutions, employers, or embassies.

Clients who are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services may submit a written complaint through our official communication channels.

Each complaint will be:

Acknowledged promptly.
Reviewed fairly and objectively.
Investigated by the appropriate department.
Resolved within a reasonable timeframe wherever possible.

We are committed to handling all genuine complaints professionally and transparently.

The services already rendered.
Supporting evidence provided by both parties.

Additional information may be requested before a final decision is made.
